Team Leader Anne Lakusta celebrated her 12th year with RE/MAX in Flower Mound in November 2008 and her 7th year as a Team Leader. Anne remains committed to using her knowledge of both the business and the areas, along with her proven business record and influence in the industry to benefit all of the Team’s clients. Anne is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC with her degree in Economics. Anne was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2004 in honor of her longevity in the RE/MAX system and her successful sales production. Estimates are that only 4% of agents nationwide ever reach this level of accomplishment in the industry. Anne and all Team members attend seminars and classes in marketing trends, economic forecasts for all north Dallas suburbs, technology advances in the industry, legal updates and many others on an annual basis to assure the broadest, most current knowledge base possible.

Anne and her husband of 27 years, Mike, have lived in Flower Mound since 1991. Anne served on the Lewisville ISD Board of Trustees from 1994-2003 and as the Board President from 1997-2003. Anne is currently on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County, a member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors. Anne and her family attend St. Ann’s Church in Coppell. Anne’s oldest son, Patrick, is a graduate of  the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and is currently getting his masters degree in Aerospace Engineering.  Her youngest son, Jeff, attends the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana and is majoring in Business Science with pre-med intentions.  Anne may be reached at (972)355-3518.

 Daniel Drews joined the The Anne Lakusta Team in December 2006. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge & expertise in residential, relocation, property development, new construction & commercial properties.  Daniel was one of the top Realtors in the area from 1989 - 2002.  While watching the population boom in the area, Daniel became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2002, Daniel and his wife Linda moved to the Waco area. Daniel continued his love of the industry, working in property development.  Daniel and his wife Linda, along with their three children, are very excited to return to RE/MAX and the north Texas area.   Leslie Maddie served as the Licensed Assistant & Marketing Director for the past 2 years, before getting her license in January 2008 and advancing her career to licensed Realtor and Buyers' Specialist.  Leslie is a 16 year resident of Flower Mound, where she resides with her husband Bill and children, Mary Allen and Shelby. With a BS in Education degree from Stephen F. Austin University, her resume includes teaching and varied experience in the insurance industry. The Maddies are involved at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church, and especially enjoy Scouting activities, tennis and boating. Leslie has a strong knowledge of the area and the many positives it has to offer to residents.  Leslie specializes in lake property throughout the DFW area and excels in helping families find the perfect DFW community to match their needs as they move across town.  Her many years of community involvement, combined with her business and education experience offer our clients an edge when buying and selling real estate in north Texas.   Amy Strong was awarded the Customer Service Award for RE/MAX DFW in 2007, which is one of the most prestigious and sought after awards in real estate, since it is based on client feedback, and recognizes high standards of personal service and integrity.  Amy specializes in relocations, move-ups, and horse properties, and particularly excels in working with clients who prefer to begin their home shopping process utilizing Internet tools.  Amy and her husband, Chris, along with her 6 (yes, 6!) children reside in Flower Mound and enjoy sports - especially basketball & horseback riding. Carolyn Ditsworth joined The Anne Lakusta Team as the Listings and Transaction Coordinator in 2007.  Each listing features a comprehensive online presentation with at least 10 photos, property highlights and description, with access to that information through 93 different website links including the The Anne Lakusta Team website, www.callonapro.com, www.RE/MAX.com, www.Realtor.com and multiple links with local papers, towns, etc. Carolyn also prepares black & white graphics for the yard sign, 4-page color graphics inside the home, along with Additional Information packets that include schools, parks, floorplans, etc. Online access to feedback from showings makes the listing process as easy as possible for home sellers. Carolyn and her husband Jay have lived in Flower Mound since 1995 with their children Jayme and Mark. She volunteers with the Destination ImagiNation program, PTA and The Actors Conservatory Theatre.
